Terms of Service / 利用規約

By accessing countgram (the "Service") you agree to the following terms. The Service is operated by TODO: Karakuri Works 株式会社.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, and must be authorized to act on behalf of any business Instagram account you connect.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to attempt to access other users' accounts or follower data.

3. Subscription

The Service is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription charges and renewal are handled entirely by Apple; we do not process payments directly.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate the Meta Platform Terms, the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, or any applicable law. Reverse engineering, scraping, and abuse of the API are prohibited.

5. Availability and reliance on third parties

The Service depends on the Meta Graph API, Apple services, and our hosting provider Xserver. Temporary outages of any of these may interrupt the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court.
